Terri Storms was named the November employee of the month. Terri has been an IHLA teacher for the last four years. She was recently given the new position of Gifted and Talented teacher for IHLA K-12. This position is brand new and has presented many challenges. Terri has created a 3-year GT plan, established processes for identifying potentially gifted students and created a vast array of curricula for meeting the needs of the gifted students in IHLA. Oneida School District and the Idaho Home Learning Academy are fortunate to have Terri Storms as a dedicated and engaged gifted and talented teacher. Because she lives in Nampa, Terri received this recognition virtually over Zoom.
