Malad Elementary had an exciting and memorable visit as a replica of the Liberty Bell made a special stop at our school on its journey to Boise yesterday!
Students gathered together to learn more about the Liberty Bell and the important place it holds in American history. Following the reading, everyone joined together in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, making the moment even more meaningful.
Our Lighthouse Team had the special honor of taking turns ringing the bell, giving students the chance to hear this incredible symbol of freedom come to life.
To help remember the occasion, each grade also gathered for a group photo in front of the Liberty Bell replica.
It was a unique opportunity for our students to experience a piece of American history up close, and we are so grateful Malad Elementary was included in this special journey!
