Kylee Smith was named Employee of the Month for February. Kylee is the Frontline manager for Oneida School District. Frontline is the online tool that is used for absence management for employees, substitute jobs, personnel information, staff evaluations and payroll. There is so much more that goes into managing this online tool than anyone realizes and Kylee handles it with grace and professionalism. She is quick to help with any problems and issues. If she doesn't know the answer she finds out and then resolves the problem efficiently. She is a truly an asset to our school district.
