Our first project will be a "blind contour drawing". We will combine three objects that will then be outlines in ink and then filled in with color pencils. The main idea behind this drawing technique is to get the students to look and and really see the objects they are drawing. It will also introduce then to the use of different types of lines. We will probably spend about four days on this project.
